Hyundai is planning to increase its presence in the electric vehicle market. After the Kona and Ioniq, the electric SUV Creta has been released. The basic structure of the Creta that was released the other day will be the same, at least the new model can expect changes in the form of electrics. The range is expected to be between 250 to 300 km. Keta will compete with the MG CS in the main. The price will start from around Rs.20 lakhs.
There will be a new grille, alloy wheel design and bigger tyres. The Creta Electric can also be expected to have interior features similar to Hyundai’s premium electric SUV Ioniq 5. The vehicle is powered by a 45 kWh lithium-ion battery from LG Chem.
The new vehicle will have the electric motor from Hyundai’s Kona EV. The power will be 138 bhp. Hyundai Sense Level 2 ADS technology and Hyundai Connect features on the new Creta can also be expected in the electric model.
